Each club in the Federation should appoint one of its members to act as Federation Representative. This individual may be one of the club officers or some member specifically selected for this position. In this way, every club will be directly connected with, have a voice in, and be informed about the operation and administration of the Federation.
Each Club Federation Representative should:
-
Distribute to their club members the Federation newsletter information and other communications channeled through his/her office.
-
Know the services provided by the Federation and urge their club to make use of the aids and information available through the Federation committees.
-
If possible, make plans to attend the annual House of Delegates meeting to represent the club. If that is not possible, assist the State Director in obtaining a Proxy for the club.
