Viruses information:

RULE 1 -- NEVER open a file attached to e-mail especially one ending .exe or .gif or .jpg -- even if a friend sent it. Viruses often are hidden in other material. If the sender is a personal friend or you especially want to see the attachment, first scan it with an anti-viral program.

RULE 2 -- Don't get too excited at every warning you get about viruses. There are many false reports about viruses (and other things) going around - and some true ones. To find out if a warning is real, check at the following:
