Viruses information:
RULE 1 -- NEVER open a file attached to e-mail especially one ending .exe or
.gif or .jpg -- even if a friend sent it. Viruses often are hidden in other
material. If the sender is a personal friend or you especially want to see the
attachment, first scan it with an anti-viral program.
